Im about writing some journey i have been successfully experience in my blog and as an tickling start i have just begun with the "Exotic trip to Seychelles 2002" followed by the "exclusive Mauritius journey", i left some link to usefull websites and a guide from the destination in that blogg's.

Well, if you are looking for a cheap place - Honduras is said to be the cheapest to be found when it comes to diving.
In Utila you will have an excellent opportunity to snorkel with whalesharks if you go there March-May or Aug-Oct.
As Piranha mentioned - the Blue Hole in Belize is a really cool spot, but I don't think it's good for snorkeling - as for diving, it is a short deep dive to a stalact...
